GRIM, formally a human military officer. In an unexpected attack, he lost his life. In a desperate attempt to save his life, he was the first successful human to robot brain data transplant. All of GRIM's thoughts are back up files of a once living human, but as a short coming of the transfer process, he has full human memories with no emotions to accompany them.
